Landlords Fees

 

Full Management:

  • To include securing suitable tenants
  • Credit checking, immigration and referencing process
  • Preparation of Tenancy agreement
  • Registration of tenants deposit with Deposit Protection Service
  • Arrangement of necessary safety certificates (if required)
  • Arrangement of energy performance certificate (EPC) (if required)
  • Preparation of dated photographic inventory
  • Notification of utility companies and local authority
  • Collection of the monthly rent
  • Production of monthly landlord statement
  • Tenants moved in and out of property
  • Handling of any repairs or maintenance and obtaining suitable quotes
  • Quarterly property inspections.

Fees:

Initial fee: 50% of the first months rent (every new tenancy)

Management Fees: We can manage your property from as little as £25pcm.

Renewal of a tenancy to an existing tenant: £50.00

Arrangement of Energy performance Certificate (EPC): £75.00

Arrangement of Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (per annum): £95.00

Full detailed inventory: £100.00

Initial fee: 2 weeks rent (every new tenancy)

Renewal of a tenancy to an existing tenant: £50.00

Arrangement of Energy performance Certificate (EPC): £75.00

Arrangement of Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (per annum): £75.00

Clarks Residential does not currently have Client Money Protection Insurance.
